A light-drenched bar and restaurant suspended over the river. Share plates galore and art to order off the menu.

Go the whole hog with a Luxe Dinner: a seven-course mystery feast; a sommelier to guide you through rare bottles and back vintages from the Moorilla and Domaine A cellars; and exclusive entry to artworks by James Turrell.

Lunch bookings include entry to the museum.
